BASICS: An entry consists of a 'lineup' of golfers - one for each of the tournaments listed in the Schedule. No golfer can be used more than once.

SCORING: Your score is based on whatever your 'golfer of the week' earns on tour. For example, suppose Fred Couples is selected for the Masters, If makes 50,000, your team score goes up by 50,000. If Fred misses the cut at the Masters, withdraws, or does not show up for whatever reason (including tournament cancellations), 0 is scored for that week. Selecting Fred Couples at the Masters means he cannot be selected for any of the other tournaments on the schedule. And, Freddy's money earned for your team is ONLY for Masters week, since that is the week you selected him. Only the 'golfer of the event' counts towards your team score.

PICKS: This season, picks are submitted up until the deadline for each tournament. Each tournament deadline is noted on the home page that week, as well as the full schedule page.

WEBSITE USAGE: You are required to Register with a username and password at the site to join the pool. Your are not required to Login to use any part of the site other than substitutions and submiting/modifying your full slate of picks. In an emergency (website down,etc), you may still send me an email for a sub, but please try to use the site as it has built-in email confirmations

PAYMENT: $100 bucks per entry - due to the address mentioned in Register email, register page and other correspondence with the site admin. For a breakdown of payouts, see Money. Payouts include overall, montly, weekly, and consecutive cuts made (PGA events).

SUBSTITUTIONS: Each player is allowed 3 substitutions for the year. Only Mulligan type substitutions are allowed this year. A mulligan sub is used to re-use a player that previously earned $0 in a previously picked tournament.

MONTHLY PAYOUTS: Payouts for monthly leaderboards are pending number of entrants to the pool. If a tournament overlaps two months, it belongs in the month where it the last day of the tournament is - i.e. when checks written and earned (example: Apr29-May2 is an MAY tournament).

WEEKLY SIDEPOTS: See the Weekly Sidepots page for full list of the payouts by event. The rules are pretty simple, with the highest picked golfer of the event earning a piece of the sidepot for that event. If you are the only person with that pick, you earn the whole pot. If two or more have the highest golfer(s) picked that week, they split into the pot on even dollar increments, with leftover carrying over to the next event in the list.
Any carryover from the last event on the schedule will go to the last monthly winner who also is a part of the weekly sidepots.

CUTS MADE SIDEPOTS: (Pending number of entrants) See the Cuts Made Sidepots page for full list of the payouts / rules, especially on tiebreakers. The jist is if you make the cut in the regular PGA tour event that week, you stay alive for a rolling pot that is awarded to the last one standing. Non-regular tour events act as tiebreadkers if the last few left all miss the cut in a particular week.
Making Cut, But earning $0: If the golfer does make the cut, but withdraws in Round 3 or 4 that IS considered still making the cut. I.e. its not a question of making more than $0 in a week, its making the cut.
Carryover in the last week is split amongst the remaining peole - if there are 5 or less people left still alive (with uneven split of money to the overall winner). If more than 5 people, the carryover from the last event on the week will go to the highest finisher on the Nov leaderboard, of those remaining in the cuts made pot.
