Patrick leads the forgotten family in Week 10

After two seasons of Emerton headlines, and now a season dominated by the Ellis-Wyatt clan, the Godsey family resurfaced to make a statement in Week 10.  For one day, at least.  Mike drove down to Orange County to watch the Charger-Colts game at Patrick?s house, and announced a single wish: ?I just want to watch the [Sunday night] Charger game with the week on the line.?  Not only did his wish come true, but the Chargers won the game, Patrick won the week, and Mike finally ended his 13-week cashless streak.  And while the agonizing second half led to one of the weakest ?big win high-fives? in family history, the Manning-hating Godsey brothers were more than happy to see six interceptions contribute to a division lead and the weekly belt.
Meanwhile, the ever-consistent Jen Retsek said on Monday, ?Anytime I see the Godseys and Franzen in the money, I know where to look for my name?somewhere near the bottom.?  Indeed.  The Colts weren?t the only frontrunners to feel some San Diego rain.  3rd-place Jennaroo finished with just 40 points, and still gained a point on ?Banker? Bill Ellis, who finally crashed to earth.  For one day, at least. 
 
 
Stats and Observations:
 
- It was the first time in 13 weeks that Mike Godsey had won any cash at all.  It was the first time in 11 weeks that Patrick had won cash. 
 
- Sabbe?s solo shot on the Rams was the eighth in his career.  It was assumed that he led the league in ?onesies,? but this is actually the first time Saaba has done it with a 1-pick.
 
- Scott Wyatt is in 10th place, but he?s the only poolster left who hasn?t made any money this year.
 
- Kendoggie Vis won the week in the 2nd week of his career.  He hasn?t won a week since then, and his winless streak of 76 weeks is the longest active streak in the pool.
 
- Bill is 41-3 with his picks of 11 or higher.  This week, he went 1-9 with his picks 10 or below.
 
- Godsey is still undefeated with the Bills.
 
- Diane Emerton is undefeated with the Colts.
 
- ?Cowboy? Hassanali is 9-0 on Cowboy games.  He is 0-8 on Eagles games that aren?t Cowboy games.
 
- Zack Schwartz is 1-8 on Jets games.  (Oh my god, is that their record?)

Kevin Sabbe wins if Carolina had won.  Or the Vikings.  Or the Giants.  Or if the Patriots could kick a field goal.  Sorry.
 
Franzen wins with the Dolphins.  Ew.  Or the Raiders.  Ew.
